Step 2 — Introductory Conversation

I’ll respond to your email within 48 hours to confirm your project’s scope and discuss the next steps.

We’ll review your goals, site conditions (if relevant), and what type of service will be most helpful for you.

Step 3 — Consultation

For most projects, we start with a brief phone or video consultation to ensure alignment.

On-site consultations for gardens or indoor plant projects can be scheduled after this initial discussion.

Step 4 — Proposal & Planning

After our consultation, you’ll receive:

  • A clear outline of the plan or consultation recommendations

  • Hand-drawn sketches or diagrams (if applicable)

  • Guidance on next steps for implementation

This ensures you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.

Step 5 — Implementation Support

If desired, I can assist with follow-up guidance, site visits, or implementation support to bring the design to life.
